At Village Hats, we want you to be completely satisfied with your headwear; if your hat doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Pack Your Item

  Place the unworn hat in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 2.
  Complete the Form

  Fill out the return authorization slip included in your original shipment, indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return label from our online portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, we will process your request within 5 business days.
